The Chef finds inspiration in the best things the French terroir has to offer, and enhances it with the cooking discoveries he makes when he travels.

Today he leads the kitchen brigade of La Maison des Vignes restaurant, proposing fresh, committed cuisine by selecting fish from sustainable fishing as much as possible, and organic products from local channels choosing local producers in Nouvelle-Aquitaine.

Basically modern, creative, generous cuisine, just the kind of food you’d like for a business lunch or memorable family meal.
